This is regarding the SUCKING Customer Service from the APC Customer Care. I bought an APC UPS for my desktop on March 2005. Within 3 months it smoked and got it replaced (since it has got
2 years of free replacement warranty).
Recently on 2nd of March 2007, the replaced UPS (which I got on 2005) got some issue with the battery. I made a complaint to the APC Customer Care on 3rd of March. The Customer Support who attended my call passed on a wrong Model number. Hence the delivery Engineer didnot deliver the replacement. Hence I complained it again and again and got only complaint numbers not the replacement.
Till today (17th of April) I made several phone calls with all my efforts in vein. Im fed up with APC Customer Care. I thought of filing a suite against APC in the consumer courts.
I will never recommend this damn APC product to any one. Really fed up with APC and their Customer Care.
