From the time I got a computer, I have had AOL. I have tried other internet service providers, mainly because they were less expensive, and no one can compete with AOL. It is perfect for first time computer users right up to the professionals. Everything about AOL is easy to use and all of your information is kept neatly filed. Have any questions? AOL has in my opinion number one on-line customer service. Just go to AOL keyword help and you will get all the information you need. I had problems with my computer on a couple of occasions. It had nothing to do with AOL, and they helped me anyway. Their customer service is great. I have never had such good service from anyone! They also have parental controls for the children of the house. I recommend AOL to be the best out there. As they say, no wonder it’s number one!
