I have very bad experience in Aims hospital dombivli, I had severe stomach pain hence I visited this hospital I know this is due to kidney stone as I had previous history hence I told them to give me some pain relife medicine and let me go. But this hospital staff didnt agree for this and admit me instantly and start doint all diagnosis test like sonography, blood n all
I have my medical policy but they still tool 4k from me.
I had very small stones near bladder so they started hydrotherapy treatment but they did not make this treatment propery on the first day they give me IV and later they stop this hydrotherapy and give me only pain killer medicine
After 3 days they told me stone still there and we have to do small operation and remove it immediately, I asked them cost of this operation then they said 78k which is not cover in my policy so I have to pay so I decided to leave from there but nurse and doctor not allow to go me they are doing whole day timepass but didnt do my paper work and after 5 days I leave from there without treatment on my stone which is later treated from outpatient treatment from local doctor
The food quality is good but nursing staff and doctor are not helpful they just treated patient as money machine and make sure they take out maximum money from them
If u show them medical policy then they make sure maximum money can be take out from u so beware of this,
TPA accunt department are very lazy over there to take my 4k back they delay for month as they did not send details to medical company on time
I advise my friend n relative never admit in this hospital as they just making money bussiness only.
