Very bad and pathetic service by aims hospital. the BILLING DEPARTMENT & PHARMACY is pathetic and very unprofessional if you ask for the bill they said u will get on discharge time only. if u force they fighting with you and cross all the limit.
I was discharged my patient because of the staff POOJA from billing dept she is very rude ready to fight speak very rudely behaviour was very unprofessional use obscene language stating "TERI AUKAT KYA HAI" BILL BHAR AUR NIKAL YAHA SE" MANY TIMES SHE USE THIS SENTENCE TERI AUKAT KYA HAI? my mistake is only iam asking for the bill because I am coming for the payment purpose in the hospital. whenever my relative is going in her office for billing purpose or ask for the hard copy of the bill she stating ( "1 TASS NANTAR YA") and start arguing with other relative of the patient when ask for the bill.
she cross all the limit and fighting with me and some staff use power on me beating me and push me out of the office even PANCHAL the admin head is also not helping stating if you want bill u have to arrange 1 person who can seat in the pooja office for billing and other purposes. and pharmacy lady also not gvn medicine to my wife stating pay the money whereas she swap the 5000Rs after swapping the card she refuse to give medicine stating u have to pay complete bill or else we cannot give the medicines to you. this kind of employee doing this kind of behaviour with the patient's relative in aims hospital and pressurized every day to pay the money.
because of this behaviour and after beating by AIMS hospital staff pathetic behaviour. I immediately discharged my patient from the hospital that was AIMS( WE ARE THERE FOR BEATEN AND GIVEN PATHETIC SERVICE) This is the worst pathetic very bad experince of my life. I never recommended any one AIMS HOSPITAL. BETTER U CAN ADMIT YOUR PATIENT IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL THAT will be better. aims hospital of full of illiterate unprofessional and only money they want about service the are 0. if u want to spoiled your reputation and pay heavy unnecessary bill and want to beat with illiterate people than only admit your patient in AIMS HOSPITAL DOMBIVALI.
