"Aegon Life Insurance" is the worst life insurance company in India. The customer service is "PATHETIC" and no one cares to resolve the customer issues even after escalating it at CEO level. The customer service experience is disastrous in the company. Refer to Sept2015 quarter data of Aegon Life. under complaint section Aegon Life has received 1710 complaints under "Unfair business practices" category which amount to complaints of "Fraud". However, out of these the company has only accepted and resolved 255 complaints. other 1443 complaints were Rejected by the company. It clearly shows that the customers are suffering for the Fraud being done by the employees/ agents of the company. Copy of report snapshot attached. snapshot taken from Aegon Life own report published on its website under "Public Disclosure" section.


The company itself seems involved in unfair trade practices. However they did not take any action and did not investigate anything. We've also provided sufficient evidence which prove that the reviews are completely FAKE.


I suggest the customers not to follow the reviews posted in favour of Aegon Life and better to stay away from this company. One of my relative "Gurcharan Kaur" is following up her complaint case since 2012. She is widow and old lady. She was defrauded by the company agents. However even after struggling for last four years, she failed to get the attention of Aegon Life. Even after escalating the matter at CEO and COO level, there is no respite to her complaint. Forget about resolution or investigation of her complaint. The company has also kept her policy documents and not ready to provide any policy documents for her record. They are also not providing copy of policy and proposal document.


I recommend people to stay away from this company as it has Pathetic customer service and no complaint resolution.
