Customer Care - Very Responsive
Pre-policy medical checkup - done at home(with no fuss). I directly contacted the person and fixed the appointment.
Easy to take - online policy(I uploaded all the relevant documents), filled the form, paid premium and its done.
Policy document came by email and post.Only thing was that the investigation reports were not shared by default(i had to request it explicitly)
