Their agents are all fraud. So they have a large network of them who would dupe you into buying their policy.
Customer service response is pathetic. Initially they talk well but once you buy the policy, they would stop responding.
It would be a big monetary loss, it you decide to pull out of any policy. So basically you get stuck and they keep taking money.
They have large hidden charge that you won't easily realize while buying the policy
