I have been used ACT fiber net from past 6 month ACT performance was good initially(I can say 1 or 2months)
later it was worst. every time frequently disconnection., if I try to reach the customer care its always busy(don't know why always busy) it was the achievement for me when I reached to customer care guy they resolved my problem.
then next day again the same problem.then again I need to catch these guys.(tried to reach these guys but always there customer care was busy)
then I have not paid bill for that month because I have not even used 1 MB data.(not even through fiber net cable)
that time Customer care guys called me to pay full bill and also by that time they have disconnected my connection too.
so for again activation they were charging me 500rs extra.
they were not ready to do negotiations for bill.
Guys Don't go with ACT. I think ACT does not deserve rating 1 also. no other option have to give minimum 1.
after this worst experience am going to change to hathway fibernet.which service is actually good then ACT
