Worst customer service. Review on ACT Broadband

I took beam internet connection in Hyderabad which is now ACT fibrenet about 4-5 years ago. At that time there was no internet service was available from Beam so after 100s of calls to them, they requested me to provide space at home for their internet box through which they can give connections to my home and up to 20-30 neighbors near my home. They agreed to pay electricity used by them and that one free connection to us. They gave us lowest speed internet and till now they did not upgraded the speed though their minimum speed has now increased to other customers. Further they have not even paid electricity charges incurred by them for a single time. I called them(paid calls as they dont have toll free number), sent emails but no action taken by the ACT broadband. They gave too many connections from my home and the cables are all not taken with proper care and now every now and then vehicles break them.

I request the company to take action immediately and upgrade the speed and pay the electricity charges. If the same service is continued, then we have to remove the entire box from the house and we will find some other internet service provider. You internet speed and connection is good and reliable to others but the after sales customer service is very very bad because of which we are facing problems even though we are contributing your company by allowing free space in our house.
