Hai viewers, iam says about little bit information and my opinion about Act braodband.In act portal it says 3rd largest broadband in india.
I dont't against about act broadband but, come to the reality progress it was sometimes breaks in mostely evening time some times fiber cuttings in one or two days also.
my internet connection is act broadband connection, I bought a 6 months package.firstelly, act broadband takes along time installation process and customer service not resposes time to time.
but, in working of connection time it internet speed is very very good.every week it cheks our login id and password.so, as the security check up act broadband is good place.
mostly, in evening time the internet speed will be very slow.i bought my connection in works in 20mbps speed.compare to the act cables and more act broadband is superb.
plus points of act broadband is,
-their internet speed.
-security checkups.
-their market in the india.
-their advartisments and popularities about act broadband.
minus points are,
-mostely negative talk about act broadband.
-thier fiber cuttings and thier installation maintances.
-thier customer services is the most minus of th act broadband. every broadband have some drawbacks act to improve thier customer responses to the customers it will be no1.broadband.
