I feel this review is:
The customer service of ACT is below standard. I have been using this since 4 years. When this company was Beam I was overwhelmed with the services they provided but as soon as ACT took over the customer service and the promptness in service has dropped below standard. The response time was increased from 24 hrs to 48 hours but they are still unable to solve the request and complains raised. As long as the net is working they service is good once you have a problem I think it is easy to get a new connection rather than calling then and solving the issues.
