I don't want to give even 1 start for ACT fiber net broadband service.


I was planned to take ACT fiber net broad band connection and applied & paid 6 moths advance on 10th Aug 2017. But till date no response and not installed. I had followed up with customer care every alternative days and every time they use to say standered word " WAIT FOR TWO DAYS". I didn't get any call back or response from ACT team. I raised two request to ACT team 1. WIFI router(raied on 13th Aug 2017) 2. Installation(17th Aug 2017). None of the request completed and they wasted my time and money. I strongly suggest to all please don't go for ACT fiber net. If you raise any issue it never resolve. For new customers they use tell lots of false promises and finally when it comes to really we are victim of those promises. With out taking the connection I was faced very bad experience with ACT people. I asked one question to ACT executive "Before taking connection I was facing these many struggles for getting the connection. How can I trust ACT service" for this question ACT executive replied "Because you choose ACT service". I have attached the screen print of mail which I sent to ACT even for that no response.


Here is the details explanation what was happened last 20 days with ACT representative.


The first request raised to provide advance router 825. Initially sales person from ACT team came and explained about plans and payment procedure. He was explained take any plan and you will get 825 wifi router(high end router, this cost 2999/-.)After the explanation I was decided to take ACT blaze plan for 6 moths in advanced payment option to get free wifi router 825. Installation is ready to provide 816 model modem, it is low end model. I was not ready to take and raised complaint against router model on 13th Aug 2017. After few follow ups one of the customer representative confirmed and they are ready to provide advance model router 825.


After that I have raised another request for installation and after multiple follow ups I got call from installation team and told about router change issue. Today when I called back they are not ready to give promised router. So I have cancelled the ACT connection and Nodel officer told it will take 7 to 10 days to refund the amount.
