Hi Friends, My Humble request is PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go for ACT Broadband. I am facing issue every alternative week. Internet Link will be down almost every week and very pathetic Service by ACT Service Team. No Ownership by the service team and they will keep repeating that "We will get back to you in 24 hours" and they never respond as committed and Service will be restored in their own sweet time. I am really fed up and regretting myself for taking this connection now and planning to switch off to Airtel or BSNL connection soon. One Star in the rating itself is too much I feel. So friends, please think 1000 times before taking ACT. My since advice is NO.
