Fair speed but bad costumer support. Review on ACT Broadband

I have taken ACT Broadband for connectivity in my household as it was the only service provider available in my locality.I took the plan of 1 MBPS.The speed of the internet was good enough and even the download speed was also fair.However it takes a long time for downloading larger files but for smaller files it will get downloaded fastly. There were no connectivity problems at all.The only problem I faced was with the customer support.I once had the problem with the service and called the customer care .they told that the concerned person will call me in a day and take care of the dispute but I have not received the call for about 3-4 days.I had to once again call customer care and when I told them seriously a person has called me the next day and it took 3 days to solve the problem and establish a good connection with the network.
