I am using ACT since 2 years, I had enjoyed the service which I was opted. According to Ookla Speed Test my -(INTERNET SPEED) DOWNLOAD SPEED is 19.73 and UPLOAD SPEED is 16.53 in 1 MS.

-Service & Support: very great service, Customer care clarifies all doubts about any type like, data expiry, last date for bill payment etc.,
