I had been a regular customer of Airtel Broadband till a few years back when they did not provide their service in the location I shifted to. So after a few research online I decided to go with Act Broadband seeing their low cost high speed broadband plans.
Overall Iam satisfied with Act Broadband and the service they provide. I subscribed to their Act Storm service plan which provided me with 30mbs speed with Fup of 60 gb for Rs 1150 which along with tax had a monthly bill of 1350, one good thing with Act is that they increase your speed along with fup limit for the same base price, currently I get 75mbps with fup of 125 gb( on paper) .
The speed varies a lot over time depending upon the time of day. I have also experienced no internet connectivity during certain times. Lost a lot of online fifa matches due to Act ??. But for the cost and the speed I must say it truly beats airtel, good value for money. Speed on paper is 75 gb but on testing on speedtest I get around 40-45 mbps which is fairly decent. I'll be attaching a photo of the same.
The customer service is also up to the mark and attends to your request on time.Had some issues over my one year time with Act but overall it has been a good experience and I intend to keep using ACT Broadband.
