Connection is good as long as it is up and running. The minute you have some trouble with the connection that would be the end of the whole show, it would be as good as not having a connection at all. The customer care is so pathetic that they would keep singing out the same jargons for every of your call, 'we are sorry to hear, give us two days." Its been almost a week since I have got my internet cable cut and one fellow came 2 days back to check the color of the cable and disappeared with no whereabouts. Wondering if he has gone to the factory in a different planet to manufacture one by himself. Its been a week and I am sitting at home w/o an internet connection. My advice to people who work from home is, do not go in for this since any issue with the connection you would be stranded out there without even being able to log in for work. True the speed etc is really good but what is the point if the internet itself isn't working.
