I have request for connection shifting almost 9 days back but till now it did not happen, though the feasibility is there and there is a old connection exist in new location.
The customer service is pathetic and too negligent on customer issues. I have called almost 20-30 times to address the problem but they never care about the customer and they call to customer only once in a day, if you pick the call then they say some reason and assure that will get back in another 1 hour but never turns up until you call 24/7 customer care and again raise a request that issue did not resolve. But they send messages on time to pay the bill.
