I have returned one complain against slow speed before 6 days but till know No one solve my problem. They are like we are facing some issues in your area because of Heavy rain, only ACT people are facing issues other networks are working correctly like Airtel broadband Bsnl broadband etc.
September last week I tell them to disconnect the connection they asked the reason I said them because of slow speed and connectivity issues ok we will discontinue the connection. 1st October I asked them when you will Disconnecte the connection sir actually because of holiday we are not able to proceed for disconnection we will discontinue next month I said them for this month I will not pay the money they are like we will send you legal notice. They have deleted my disconnect ticket number all records. They forced me to pay the money but till know I am not getting any speed.
I suggest you never Buy ACT connection because they don't have good service and customer service is not good.
If you buy please read The Terms and conditions then signed in the paper.
Really I am facing issues with ACT.
