I have been using ACT from past 2 years. I too had connection issues but hardly 3 to 4 times in this 2 years, but they were addressed immediately. Initially even I had a doubt in mind to opt ACT after checking its reviews and ratings. Since Airtel could not provide broadband connection in my locality I had to go with ACT.
Some times I too faced connection issues, but it got resolved after unplugging and plugging it to router which they had suggested me to do so before reaching them.
After 2 years of journey, I am very much satisfied with ACT broadband service.
