ACT broadband has the poorest connectivity and customer service! I would never recommend anyone to get a connection from ACT Broadband because it is really really pathetic ISP company! I am bearing a broadband connection forcefully since 3 months because of their bad policy that if I cut my connection before 6 months than I have to bear a penalty of Rs 1500.
The connection gets down many times and I have to make many complaints regularly to the company but they never give a proper response! The internet speed is always low and the company says that we will try to improve it but have never done anything,
I am seriously annoyed by the company's service and will get my connection cut after I complete six months threshold! Very Bad ACT Broadband! Never recommend it to anyone!
