Terrible customer service!
If you have an issue, firstly you are lucky if you can reach the service desk. Then they will say they will revert in 24 hours which we assume 24 hours flat but their 24 hours is 3 working days - @ 8 hours pee day! Thwy mislwad ypu by saying 24 hours. Providers like Airtel resolve in 24 minutes!
Their recording - if they record at all- of service request is poor.
If there is any disagreement in billing, the first thing they will do is to disconnect and then talk.
Speed is great though.
If you get ACT it is like a woman marrying a rich man with poor morals!
