Act broad internet speed is average and they give us 20mbps but speed is not upto the standard given speed iam using act broadband from 8 months they have upgraded speed and package with older prices but no use.
they have introduced giga spped but they have introduced act broadband all over vijayawada but speed of internet is not good compared with other compettitors.
there is no free call centre for support team they charge call charges from starting of call
their service not they respond after 48 hrs of registring complaint
