Cheat. Service is so poor
I requested for shifting my address at 28th feb till now it's not shifted
I am going to leave act tomorrow because today is sunday therefore I can't talk to customer care
At 28th feb customer care told me it's 7days process, but now I it's 12th of March
They always told me, sir there is some wiring problem please give me 2days we will contact you
I call too many time but nothing is happening
But they don't forget the due payment msg
Always send msg dear customer your act fibernet due date 15th march the amount due is 1206/-
But why I should pay while I did not use internet this month
They charge for shifting 500 but why should we pay for shifting while they can't shift at right time
I suggest all of you don't buy act
