Hi All,
I would like to tell you all about the worst experience I have with ACT these days. The Sales person Vikram promised me the connection on 10th March and so I disconnected earlier internet line. Now there is no update given by any ACT team members.
I have been calling everyday to ACT customer service just in the hope of any update. Every time they are promising a call back which is not happening.
Please do not opt for ACT if you have another choice.
