We are using ACT Fibernet connection since a year with ACT. The service in terms of technical & commercial is really a worst service when compared to other major players like Airtel or Tikona in Bangalore.
When calling Customer Service, we have to wait for more than 20 minutes to get to speak to someone. Why are they not increasing the head count of customer service team.
Monthly bill comes on time and when payment is delayed by a day even, fine is added up.
Same when we pay, we need to get the required service from ACT.
Horrible service and planning to a different service provider no matter the rates are high.
