Hi,
This is regards to my complaints raised through customer care number 040-66272727.
They just not down the details, and will say our bank end team will contact you in next 24hrs. I bet they will not call u even it is 3-4 days also.
And more over if u try to contact again on ur issue they wll say sir our back end team tried to reach you and you were not answering the call, tell me who can answer a call while driving, our while ur in wash room.
And they call only once in a day and they say as they have tried 5-10 times in a day, .
They close the ticket without asking the customer whether the issue is resolved or not.
The only reason I have to still be with them is already the set up or installation is there, and no time to contact new vendor like hathway or other people and do the installation again.
