Zoom with Act broadband!!. Review on ACT Broadband

I started using ACT Fibernet, since 2013 at Hyderabad, and now I am in Love with this service provider. I do my office work from home as well, where it is required a high speed, reliable, consistent and hassle free connection. Act never failed to serve me!

It all started when I required to connect my office network from home and I was looking for a reliable broad band connection. When opting for new broadband connection one need to look for a service provider good service coverage in the locality

I saw the Act customer care number on a local electric poll( that is where you see many act small banners hanging around) and called them. Response was immediate and the executive appeared at the door within an hour.

Estimations are done and he set up a new box at my home( I agreed to be set up) which can serve another 10 connections) and he connected my laptop to the network. And I got a free router!

I opted for ACT SWIFT 5 MBPS plan @Rs.675/- per month and including service tax charges will be Rs. 735/-. The plan is good and the connection speed is excellent with 5MBPS download and upload speeds. You can check ACT website for the different plans and the FUP limits. I Opted for a Quarterly plan.

FUP limit of 60GB is far too good, you can watch online movies, you tube videos. There is no lag to view the online content. Connectivity is stable without any intermittent disconnections. One good thing I like is, in some months my usage is more and I cross the FUP limit at the end of the month and the internet speed will be decreased to 1MBPS. In that case ACT allows to renew the FUP to add another 10GB with a nominal charge of Rs. 122/-, this way I no need to aishwaryasingh23 entire monthly charges.
