Upinder Singh's book is amazing. it is very detailed and accurate. Ideal for academicians and candidates for the civil services exam alike.
its a book presented in a unique way and has a matter -of-fact approach to it, where the reader is open to interesting to read in the sense thaat the writing approach is not merely academic. and present history as it is, without trying to weave a story without evidence.
you have read this book, and if you have not read it, then read it once.
