Books from this series are highly recommended for any fantasy enthusiast. Even if this is your first endeavor into the world of fantasy novels, A Song of Ice & Fire is a great place to start. It is a sequel to the game of thrones as you all know.
This book is really gripping and exciting as it brings the different shades of all characters. Also its less political and more war book with detailed study of beyond the wall. Also many great turns take in the story which only attracts you more and more towards this series of song of an ice and fire
I have seen the TV version of this book and am halfway through it right now. Each episode was amazing and the book is even more gripping.
For all fans of the series, they would love the book much better than the dramatized HBO series.Recommend reading the books before watching the series.
