I have been part of many weight-loss programs, particularly ones that included diet plans. Some of those worked, some of them I gave up because they demanded too much time. When I came across this book- my first thoughts were like “wow- only 8 minutes a day?” Why not give it a try?
I was wrong. It was too much promising and less payback.
The author has given some dab calorie burning techniques, which are old-age. In the diet routine too, too much weightage has been given to some ingredients such as flax seed oils or Soy.
Thirdly, most of the things mentioned here are NOT practical. A person will have to work really really hard to keep up with the techniques mentioned here.Just as mentioned in the title of the book- it doesn’t deserve more than 8 minutes of attention!
