In this book author talk about just eight minute of morning to me fit and healthy. he talk about 3 main point of your morning and after that you will find the result of fitness.
robbins anthony wrote in this book the 3 point that is main to be healthy always and its just in 8 minute of morning.
EAT. author said you take food according to calories. that mean you eat but low calorie food that will help you to maintain your weight.
INSPIRATION. the most important thing is the inspiration that will inspire you to do more and loos more weight. the nay member of family can inspire you.
EXORCISES. author said no need to go any gym and the aerobic just do exorcises at your room floor because he think its matter of your privacy than must do at your home inside of your room.
according to author after these activity you can loos the 2 pound in just one week. but I dont think so its good to read but not for reality and not for practical. .
