I am an avid reader. I read whatever i come across . My interest in novels started way back when i was n school . As any other normal youngster i started of with nancy drew , hardy boyz , archies comics. I used to read them with great interest. Then started the series of Mills and boons. I had my share of them and by the end of two years i cudnt read ne more of them. So i started hunting for something more meaningful. I remember the days i used to spend time at the bookstalls outside churchgate station hunting for some good novels. Finally after a friends recommendation i come across some pretty interesting authors.


The first book i ever read was secrets by danielle steel. So its my first love

This book is very special to me as this was the first ever novel i read and within some time i was hooked to it. Danille steel is famously known for her love stories and the way she expresses them in her novels is mesmerising specially if u are desperately hunting for the meaning of true love. This book tells us about manhattan - a soap which is soon gonna make it big in bollywood. Involved are some characters like sabina , Jane, Bill and Mel the producer. They come across each other and soon they find themselves involved unknwoingly in a murder mystery. They have to go on trial. They soon become a close knit family. My 2nd book is the TO KILL A MOCKING BIRD by Harper Lee

This book has made a special place in my heart . The story revolves around a decent lawyer Atticus Finch who is trying to fight a case for a black guy who is accused of raping a white woman. The story is narrated from the eyes of his too kids. It shows us the racial attitude of society towards the blacks in that era. Also a character Boo radely is strongly built up in the book. This book is quite simple and yet explicit. Those who virtue honesty and decency can quite relate to it. Plus what makes it even more interesting is the way it is narrated in complete innocence from two cildrens viewpoints.So its a must read for everyone

My 3rd book is Kane & abel by Jeffrey Archer

The book revolves around two boys William Kane and Abel rosnovski. One is a son of a rich businessman while the other is an orphaned child. It boasts about how they make it big in their lives and how in the process of doing so become the brutal enemies of each other. However like we see in hindi cinema’s their son and daughter fall madly in love with each other and get married very much against their parents wishes. But there is nothing filmy about it. They way jeffrey has narrated the whole thing is just captivating. Its a page turner and u find urself glued to the book until the last page only to discover that the two most brutal enemies have actually accidently saved each other’s lives and they are not even aware about it. The sequel to this novel is the prodigals daughter. Its a must read for everyone

My fourth book is Angels n demons by Dan Brown

How can i froget to mention his name. I recently read his angels n demons. If u’ve read my review u’ll come to know that i am a big fan of his. The story revoles around vatican city. The way he has described the story is mind boggling. It revolves around Robert Langdon a symbiologist who finds himself along with vittoria the beautiful scientist solving a mystery. Together they xplore the Beautiful Vatican city and hunt for the antimatter which is about to destruct the whole of vatican city by midnight. The story is twisty , slippery and full of suspense. Its a pre sequel to the Da vinci code. Pls pls dun give a miss to this one.

My fifth book wud be love story by erich sehgal

A thin simple book. It is not like the usual love story that one comes across in mills n boons. This book is quite appealing specially for people who are in love. It is simply captivating. It revoles around a young guy who falls in love with a girl, The story is quite humorous, but it has a bitter ending, not like a happy normal ending where the hero and heroine live happily ever after. Read it to understand what i saying over here.
