Based on the epic graphic novel by Frank Miller, 300 is a ferocious retelling on the ancient battle of Thermopylae in which the spartan king Leonidas lead and fight to death 300 spartans against the

Persian Ruler Xerxes and his massive army. FAcing insurmountable odds, their valor and sacrifice inspire all of Greece to unite against the persian enemy. This drew the line for democrazy in the sand.

there are lot of views of people in terms of the story execution, one sidedness of the story, but please this a  movie and made it as a visual pleasure.

The fighting scenes are marvellously shot; it looked like a synchonised choreography, the photography is really breath taking. a scene when Xerxis meet Leonidas  the back ground sky and the far outlook over the cliff is really good.

And i dont know why, but i liked the background score very much. excellent music score. I wish i could get in hands the music track.

this movie i would say is a visual pleasure and a must see on the large screen. wow.

few scenes and dialogue are really good in terms on the exceution and adaptation to the respectice scenes. When in the beginning when the persian messenger says why women are speaking in between men, the queen replies"only spartan women give birth to real men", the back ground commentry when the spartans start the march to the gate and queen calls back and bids adeu to her husband as a warrior and not as a husband all delivers a lot to the movie.

The visual effects are marvellous and every one has done an execellent job
Its must watch, high spirited and thrilling.
dont bring your history lessons and details to the mind, keep it out and watch
In a movie there is a hero and a villain so enjoy.
