I used 24 online for last six month. From begining it creates no problem, my local cable operator supported well. It take 2000 rupees during installation. They install with adequate wire. In basic plan 450 monthly charges applied and it gives you 512 kbps speed but I watch full hd i.e. 1080 video in youtube without any buffering. So speed is awesome if you want more speed then buy higher psckage. Before torrent banning in India, torrent speed was 4mbps in which a 1gb movie was downloaded in less than five minutes.
