Provider is Sify broadband over cable. The worst service ever. In a day you only have the internet access with 2 to 4 hours, even not having it for throughout the day.
Service of local cable operator is horrible. They never forgot to collect the bill for the month, but while you raise a ticket for not having the internet access, they just ignore it, not even take the call. I would not recommend this ISP. I also in a hurry to change the ISP, can you please let me what will be the best over here in Kolkata?
