Consumer is the king. Lets teach those broad band service provide a lesson
In Korea people are enjoying highest internet speed by complaining again and again from consumer.and competition is high.
I am staying in Jallandhar can't and currently studying in LPU. I remember once connect broad band pamphlet distributor outside lpu main gate and in that booklet, they wrote very beautifully that we can get 4 Mbps for 100 GB by paying 1799 INR.
That really caught my eye.So my roommate caught our eye for that booklet.Lets jump on my issue.1) they said that highest speed is 2Mbps which contradict their promise. 2)their connection is very slow.
They r giving high net speed(exactly 2Mbps) when technician comes to check for issue that we complain about. 3)their service is very delay over all they really checking consumer's patients.
they r enjoying their Monopoly in Punjab district.
