Extrimely poor after Sales Service of WHIRLPOOL

I have lodged the complaint of my double door refrigerator for low cooling on 8th September 2011. Your technician promptly attend the complaint and told us that your compressor is gone bad. Same was replaced on 12th September 2011 and collected Rs. 5500.


On same day we have observed light flickering complaint which was informed to your technician on next day when he called for satisfaction code. But no one had turned up.


Again I have lodged complaint on 13th September, your authorised technician had attended complaint on 14th September and rectified the flickering problem.


On 15th September again we are facing low cooling problem, I have lodged the complaint vied complaint no. MB0911010941. Same was attend on 16th September. Now surprisingly your technician told us that again you compressor has gone bad & same will be replaced on coming Monday or Tuesday that is 19th or 20the September tentatively.


E mailed my feedback to helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com but there is no positive responce / action taken from Whirlpool.
