I would say the effort put into making this movie is moderate, reason being there was still a lot of scope to make it realistic, in terms of the costumes, it really does look like its targeted purely for commercial purposes, the cast does not have any famous names in it, however these are the times of Computer graphics, and we can almost feel for real how the prehistoric mammoth and the sabertooth lion would have been in real life. There are times when you feel the movies if just draging on, and not really fast enough, however there are some scenes in the movie especially of humongous construction of the pyramids where you might have to open your mouth and say wow! and that is some decent computer graphics and VFX in work out there. The plot revolves around a wild tribe of humans somewhere in the highlands, who seem to be effected by the changing behaviour of the seasons, They are invaded by a group of rouch necks astride horses and taken prisoners, and the protoganist along with accomplices goes followes their trail for releasing his men and finally ends up having a big adventure next to the river banks sopposedly egypt as I can see from the scenes. I would just say its a good watch and nothing more than that.
