The
ink cartridges I purchased must have been very low (they are refurbished) or empty. I concluded this analysis after the very first page and every pager thereafter did not print and my printer kept saying “Replace Ink”.
At first, my experience was positive with 101inks.com. I placed an order for ink and received free shipping for meeting the minimum dollar requirement. What brought me to 101inks.com’s attention are the low prices.
However, once I received the product, I quickly became dissatisfied with 101inks.com. At least one of the ink cartridges I purchased must have been very low (they are refurbished) or empty. I concluded this analysis after the very first page and every pager thereafter did not print and my printer kept saying “Replace Ink”. I called 101inks.com and explained the situation. I was informed that the ink cartridges are never empty; the problem may be a clogged ink nozzle. I was told if I send back the ink cartridges I would get a refund. Therefore, I sent back the product (paying S&H myself) and was credited a partial credit only. 101inks.com told me when they received the cartridge it was empty; therefore, I used up the ink and they can only credit me for the other cartridge that was full (still unopened from its original package). I requested to speak with the supervisor or manager when I called the second time. The representative on the phone said he happens to be the supervisor (I highly doubt it). I explained the situation again—my argument was that the product I sent back was in the same condition that I received it—and got the same negative result. I asked, "Are you calling me a liar?" The supervisor responded, “Well, of course".
In conclusion, 101inks.com sells poor products, does not live up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee, has poor customer service skills, and scams you out of your money.
