I received some ink cartridges for my HP Photosmart C6180 All -in-One printer and the black cartridge does not fit the printer. I keep getting the message that the cartridge is empty. Please call me at your earliest convenience since I use the printer real often. I purchased the package with three black cartridges and all the colors. I tried to call but you were closed. Thanking you in advance. Since I have not furnished enough information I will continue to let you know why I would not recomend you for any custumers that I know. I will continue to buy locally since this is a lot of trouble after paying my money for the cartridges. Please help me in this matter.
Having the convenience of being able to buy and have the cartridges shipped made me very happy but now I am unhappy.
