This is Arun, I tried participating in contests for 100 best buy.
According to them, if you don't get the prize, we should get money back.
But that's not the case - I don't see how I can get back the money.
Please don't use this site to order.
When I tried to call customer care, it says I have to mail to some email ID, to register some complaints.
I saw many complaints in customer court on this site.
