Ohris 100 Degrees is one of the worst restaurant you can go to , from the valet making you wait in line - no one to direct you at the main entrane - to having to wait for over 1 hour for a table when you
can see empty tables inside, to waiting for nearly 15 mins to get water and over 1.5 hoursto get wrong entrees.. the experience is right out of your worst nightmare. we had to wait for ten mins for the valet, and were not allowed to park our cars ourselves, while we were standing in front of empty parking spaces.. .. the person at the main reception was too busy to tell us where to go.
i really wonder now , why we didnt take those as omens.. having reserved a table for 8 30 and being there by 8 25, we still wait till 9 for our table andonly when we got up to leave, were we allowed inside.. while half the restaurant was empty. it took them another 15 mins to serve us wate and get us menus.. only one steward in the whole secton.. couldnt recommend any food.. couldnt tell us the specials and 3/4th of the items on the menu were not available.
we had special dietary requirements, where we repeatedly told him that we are lactose allergic and please ensure that there is no butter and no curds or no ghee or paneer in our food and we ordered accordingly... and.. then w.. waited.. after 55 minutes of wait.. when i approached the manager, he had food sent to me.. read the above dietary requirements and then let me tell u what we were served.. dal mkahani.. paneer.. phompret fried in BUTTER and cheese... the sea food platter wsant on the menu and was suggested to us and repeates asking did not yeild the price.. after cancelling all my order and asking for a bill..
i was presented a bill of Rs. 2000 only for the sea food platter which had one phompret, 5 peices of undercooked prawns.. 4 pieces of fish and 6 - 8 small bits of lobster.. well the bill took another 25 mins.. it was utter pandemonium.. all the customers were sending back the food.. ppl walked out without paying bill and leaving food ont eh table.. customers were shouting.. and i know that after i left, someone woudlve beaten some oneup..
Despite telling 5 ppl.. and being served the wrong food. i was still presented with a wrong bill first and then witha the right bill... cant begin to describe it.. utterly disgusted.. wasted nearly 3000 on not eating ANYTHING.. My suggestion.. if u r in that area and wanna eat food. go to moksh. the staff doesnt know anything.. the food is pathetic.. they dont hear you they dont listen to you. they dont know what to serve when and how my suggestion: either close that embaraasment , return our money to us, and log on to yahoogames to play delicious or cake maina or diner dash.. to allof you.. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
