Passport or timepass?. Review on ______

I really don’t know where I should begin!! I have recently been to the regional passport office in Hyderabad. First of all, I would have to commend the brokers who are almost ready to pounce on you to HELP!! I just took a look at one of the brokers and since I was in a mood of an INDIAN FRUSTRATED, I pretended to take his help and asked him how much he would CHARGE to help me. Spack was the reply ''100 rupees medamn.'' Ok..100 bucks to present yourself to the Indian law. Then looking at his rugged appearance, I asked him what did he study as we walked along to the store. ''10th pass medamn.'' Wow!! Why did I have to study MBA if I did not know to fill a passport form? The passport, which is such an important document to any citizen of India, and rules and regulations, almost the Indian law is HANDLED by BROKERS for Rs. 100. I told him that I am not interested in taking his help and told him he can help the illiterates rather than pounce on people who can handle themselves much better. With such a pissed off mindset, I stood in the queue. When I reached the counter, the lady official without even looking at the documents, dictated me a list of documents that I should get for submission. I did not want to let go. I gave up the idea that I will get a passport and had a heated argument with her. I showed her the instruction booklet and said that all the documents were submitted AS PER INSTRUCTIONS. I demanded for a higher official. I was guided to a supervisor. I sudden thought came in my mind..does the ''10th pass medamn.'' know the law more better than me? No, I should not lose hope. I am right. My documents are legal and have nothing illegal or false information. I am going to fight for what I should get legally. I spoke to the SUPPOSED supervisor. He asked to come the next day as it was time up for the submission. I gave him a fair chance. The other day, I went completely prepared with all the documents, instruction booklets, website published information. This time I met a rather sensible employee who was sitting right next to the lady who had a argument with me the previous day. She stared right into my face with a look ''let me see how you get your passport.'' As the lady observed my documents, I kept my WEAPONS ready. She keenly read the documents, picked up the instruction booklet and said everything is perfect and gave me the slip to pay. YES!! I WON. INDIAN LAW DOESNT SELL FOR Rs.100. The staff needs to be coached. Not all that we know is the world. Look into the universe. There is always a galaxy to be explored. What hurt me most in the whole incident is that why educated people take the help of brokers. Brokers are there to help the illiterate. Read the instructions carefully and as educated and responsible citizens, please do not GIVE UP yourselves for Rs.100.
