Next to keeping the skin clean and free of oil, moisturizing is the most important thing we can do to keep it healthy and looking good. There are hundreds of adequate lotions and creams available, most of which are non-comedegenic (non clogging), hypo-allergenic, and dermetologist tested-a standard commonly sought, but if you don’t like how they feel on your skin, you may be less likely to use it with regularity.

Biore Balancing Moisturizer Oil Free is new and different, it’s foam (the consistancy is much like that of hair mousse). I like using it.

I didn’t think I did at first. I saw this in Walmart while shopping and thought, ’’a foam? interesting.’’ Now, I don’t advocate doing what I did next, but I popped the top off and squirted a small amount into my palm. It ’grew’ in my hand. Very cool. As long as I’d gone that far I didn’t see any reason not to apply it to my cheeks. It was light, but felt a little bit sticky. I rolled my eyes and placed the can back on the shelf.

I continued my shopping and as this moisturizer penetrated my skin it began to feel softer. I found myself touching my face frequently as I shopped. I had to admit it felt really nice and before long I made my way back to the cosmetics aisle to grab a can. I love it! Because of this, I use it regularly.

As I said this product is:

It does have a light fragrance, so I can’t recommend it to anyone who has extremely sensitive skin, but for the rest the fragrance is nice.

This particular product is designed for Combination to Oily skin, and as my skin tends to be drier during the warmer months, my next purchase was the Biore Normal to Dry Moisturizer, which is also excellent, additional hydration for the skin.

I’d estimate there were about a hundred applications in each can, and dependant on how often you apply moisturizer one will last between 1-3 months.

I’ve had no problems whatsoever with this product, and since I love the way it feels coupled with the easy application I highly recommend it.
