If your idea of banking is never to go to the Bank and operate your account through ATM/Net, you should open an Account with ICICI.

But Sorry, they will mess with your accounts and you will be forced to go to the Bank- and then you realise that nobody there is bothered about Customer. Remember that coffee ad? They should be sued for that.

I had consistent problem with them for last three year regarding my accounts and they give a damn to solve the problem. E-mails, letter to the branch in MG Road, Bangalore and even to their corporate office are rerouted to some blackhole, never to be heard/seen again.They don’t even have courtesy to Ack it.

At least in my branch, they seem to have put all the trainees, for any of your query, they don’t know the answer, for operating their software they are always after one person who only knows how to handle the software.

It’s simply disgusting banking with them, they have become worst than SBI 10 years back.

I’ve already decided to call it quits and very sincerely don’t want anybody else to get trapped in the mess!
