Unlike the electrical cookers, which are flooding the markets of late, pressure cookers working with the simple principle of ’steam pressure’ still dominate our households. Prestige is one of the better known brands in India for pressure cookers.
’’Jab se mein hosh sambhala’’ my family has always been using prestige pressure cooker. Coming from the respectable TTK group, Prestige pressure cooker is a good quality product and is featured by a sturdy, functional and a ’no-frills’ design. Genuine spare parts like gasket and safety washer, though required occasionally, are available easily.
The product is reasonably priced and the company also periodically announces convenient exchange schemes at various outlets to retire older models. That is how we have been able to keep up our Prestige (sic) at home!
