Overall- Performance is very poor. There is leakage of steam thro’ the periphery of the lid. Only advantage is low noise when steam is released. The poor design speaks volumes of the product acceptance
methodology at Prestige. Two of the shop owners in Jayanagar also concurred that there are lot of rejections from the market.

I had emailed this article to the company and they promptly responded by sending their serviceman who replaced the parts. Very good service
