I have been a member of the Citi Bank Card since about a decade - earlier ordinary then a silver then a Gold CArd and presently a Indian Oil Citibank Card.The main reason for choosing the card was their
relentless marketing strategy, commitments for quick service, wider acceptability etc. The one grievance I have is that up on switching over from silver to gold card, the accumulated reward points are allowed to be transferred to the account of the new card. They must look into this and make changes. I would definitely recommend the credit card of Citi Bank to any one since it is backed by good and efficient service.
I suggest that their category of items for redemption of points to be increased and the list of items that can be redeemed against the reward point should be mailed to members atleast once in 6 months.
