Mary Kay™ makes a lot of wonderful products from makeup to colognes, to body care, sun care and hair care. Recently I had the opportunity to get a Body Soak as well as a Body Lotion that Mary Kay™ put up for sale during the holidays this past 2001. This review is about the Body Lotion®.

Favorite Things Pressed Flowers® is a moisturizing lotion that truly feels great when I use it. Its flowery scent is heavenly! The lotion goes on very smooth, no greasy feeling left behind, no clumps or lumps. It really leaves my skin feeling very soft and that softness last a long time.

How I Feel

I love Mary Kay™ products, I think that a lot of people do. However there are those out there who don’t and that’s okay too. I use several different products, foundation, eye, blush, and lotions. But this is the first time that I tried this particular lotion and I must say I was amazed.

I had a place on my right index finger that was cracking from the cold and dryness of the skin. After using this lotion for just a day, the area was clearing up. Now after many uses the cracked skin is almost gone.

I have also used it on my feet, which are also dry, and the heels have an area that cracks also from the cold and dry skin. That area now is also much better and the bottom of my feet look normal once again. (I get these dried, cracked areas during the winter months.)

Like I mention above, the lotion is not greasy at all. And the scent is just plum wonderful. It’s not a heavy scent and thus far has not interfered with my perfumes. I love this stuff!

Mary Kay™ is costly, and most of the time I can’t afford it. But now I get it at cost because I help a couple in my church with their computer and she sells Mary Kay™, so she sells it to me at her cost. That is very nice of her to do. (See sometimes in life, good is rewarded with wonderful little Blessings!) So, now sometimes I can afford the products.

Anyway, this is how I feel about this lotion.
